]]>A major plus is they freeze really well – perfect when there is only the two of us. They always return to their soft texture even after weeks in the freezer. I just pop them in the top oven to warm through just before serving up.

]]>Hi Sarah, I haven’t tried storing the dough, but I think it will be ok overnight in the fridge in an airtight container. You will probably need to bring it up to room temperature before rolling and cooking.
